I get this email to ask how the service and costume was and so far not so good because I have yet to receive the costume. It said it would be here 10-15 business days and today is day 15
Terrible. Costume was ok but it was about 5 times smaller than it should be. Your company did nothing to rectify. They said I could send it back for refund but the shipping cost was $81. More than the costume cost. The rating would be a zero star but that wasn’t up there. I’m sick over it. We ordered two costumes and both were not the size indicated. One was a 2 xl and the other was a 3 xl. They should be labeled a small.
Bought an Adult S for my 5’4” (64”) tall, 110 lbs 11 year old. Low end of the size chart for the Adult Small which is supposed to fit 64-68”.
Costume arrived on time and quality is good for the price. Problem is it’s 4-5” too short and when he puts it on he can’t bend his arms or bend from the waist at all.
Ordered 2 sizes up and then will hopefully be able to return the first one. If it’s going to take 2-3 weeks to arrive, sizing needs to be accurate!
Have not received it yet!!! I’ve emailed your company multiple times and no response back !
Such a fun costume. Simple but all works together. Got the 3x and probably could have gone with the 2X for the performer. I love it.
