How to cancel an order that has been paid
We know that it is an important undertaking to order a cosplay costume for your special event, so we created cancellation policy for it. But it doesn't mean order can be canceled at all circumstances because the materials can not be reused once the tailoring process has begun.
The good news is there is plenty of time to change your mind after placing your order.
Our Cancellation Policy:
Only order status shows "awaiting fulfillment" can be canceled:
A. Orders canceled within 24 hours, we will refund 80% of the total price. (20% of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)
1.Orders canceled after 24 hours, within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price (After 24 hours, our tailorshave already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the tailors related to the production has done preparatory work).
2.Orders canceled after 24 hours, exceed the processing time,we will refund you 100% of the total price.
If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation.
Please carefully follow our cancellation process to minimize any delays:

2.Once we have received your request, we will start to confirm your request. (Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. )
3.As long as we confirm your request we will refund you within 3 days.
After this, please note the refund times below:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 10-20 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
