How long does it take to return the product? Do I need to pay for shipping?
1. You can have up to 30 days of return and exchange time. You must post the product and postmark it within 30 days of receiving the product. More than 30 days after receiving the goods, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
2. Any order can provide you with an unreasonable return within 30 days after receiving the item(Including but not limited to damaged goods or wrong size selection), but you must bear the return fee.The refund will be processed after receiving the returned product,But the freight paid at the time of delivery cannot be returned. If you return the product due to quality issues, we will bear the cost of the return.
Can I return the item if it is worn or damaged?
1. You can only return items with original labels and original packaging that are unworn,unused,unwashed,undamaged
2. Products with non-refundable trademarks and free gifts will not be returned.
3. Custom-made garments are not accepted for return.
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
How do I get a refund?
1. The refund will be processed within 30 days after receiving your package. We will refund you according to the original payment method.
2. We will not include the original shipping and insurance because they are not refundable.
3. During peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, it may take up to 1 week of extra time to process your refund. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
