Quality is decent but size chart is way off

Bought an Adult S for my 5’4” (64”) tall, 110 lbs 11 year old. Low end of the size chart for the Adult Small which is supposed to fit 64-68”.

Costume arrived on time and quality is good for the price. Problem is it’s 4-5” too short and when he puts it on he can’t bend his arms or bend from the waist at all.

Ordered 2 sizes up and then will hopefully be able to return the first one. If it’s going to take 2-3 weeks to arrive, sizing needs to be accurate!

Such a fun costume. Simple but all works together. Got the 3x and probably could have gone with the 2X for the performer. I love it.
